Shipping Costs
Standard shipping costs will be additional to product cost unless stated otherwise.
Delivery Policy
Orders placed on www.urcrecords.com will be sent from within the United States.
Unless otherwise stated, orders will be sent with standard shipping carriers and complete with tracking information.
All items in stock will be sent within 5 working days of order/payment received. Approximate delivery time will be between 4 days to one week post order confirmation in the United States and 2-3 weeks for International locations.
Underrated Art Creations is not responsible for lost or damaged goods.
Due to unreliable local postal systems, Underrated Art Creations takes no responsibility for items sent to Russia, Brazil and Mexico.
Returns Policy
Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you need to return an item, please contact us at urcrecordsnash@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Digital products, including but not limited to digital zines and downloadable content, are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
Physical products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
